SHIPPING RATES
Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE standard ground shipping. Excludes orders containing hard, soft, lunchbox and backpack style coolers. *
Orders below $75 qualify for $9.95 flat rate ground shipping. Excludes orders containing hard, soft, lunchbox and backpack style coolers. *
Orders containing coolers are calculated using negotiated rates from UPS. To avoid exuberant shipping costs for our customers, all products included with a cooler sale will be excluded from the cost of shipping. This means you ONLY pay the cost of shipping for your cooler(s). At this time, orders containing coolers ship via UPS Ground.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Custom Branding will use "standard" or "ground" shipping equivalents via UPS or USPS (used for PO Boxes and other addresses including, but not limited to, military and non-contiguous states).
During holiday seasons, expedited shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are determined by our carriers (UPS and USPS), we do not upcharge nor charge handling fees.
* Free and flat rate shipping applies to the Contiguous US, and US Military Locations. Flat rate shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, American Samoa. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
ORDER TIME
Orders received after 3pm Central will begin processing on the next business day.
From time of order, our average time to ship is between 8-10 business days, but can be as short as 2-3 business days. We do our best to keep our "time-to-ship" duration as accurate as possible, and can be seen on each product page. Because each product is engraved, printed, or otherwise, there may be delays in shipping during Holidays and periods of unseen surges, in these instances, we do our best to keep you informed via our product and cart pages, or other customer facing messaging.
In every instance we have the opportunity to get your order out faster, we will.
TRANSIT TIME
We are located in Austin, TX, 78744 where all orders are engraved, printed, fulfilled, and shipped. In most of the lower 48, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 days. Expedited orders should be expected to be delivered on the date shown at checkout, any instance where this is not the case, please reach out to your chosen carrier.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.
ITEMS RECIEVED DAMAGED
We do our best to ensure your order is packed safely, but in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us upon receipt of your package. Please have your order number, and a photograph of the item’s condition, and box, as it was received.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification email, from which you can track your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@custombranding.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
