I couldn’t be happier with how this was handled! When my tumbler arrived, I noticed some of the printing was already lifting before I had even used it. I contacted customer service and honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but they went above and beyond to make it right. They sent me a replacement completely free of charge, and the new one looks absolutely perfect! I really appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I would definitely order from them again!

I have bought 11 of the Owala tumblers for my work friends. I had our business logo and their name put on the tumbler. Everyone loves them! Designing the personalization on their website was very easy and they delivered the tunlets very quickly. Highly recommend.!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I hit a small snag with the design tool (the color tumbler I wanted wasn't showing up properly) that the customer support team quickly addressed. From there, the design process was smooth and my communication from the Custom Branding team to approve my artwork was prompt and clear. And, as you can see from the pics, the tumblers turned out great!

The team got back to me very quickly with a few questions that I had and my order was here within a couple of days. It looks and feels great. Just getting used to using a fancy new RFID blocking slender wallet. After decades of using a fat trifold, I'm very much looking forward to the change.
Neither tumbler was engraved. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the tumblers and was asked to either send the tumblers back or wait another 3-4 weeks for new tumblers. I had already waited 3 weeks and needed them for 2 4 year olds birthday party in 8/1. I ended up having them engraved elsewhere and requested a refund of just the engraving fees. It’s now been 2 full days with no response from your company.
Custom Branding did a fantastic job on these! They look sleek, and of course Owala delivers on quality and function as always. They showed up earlier than anticipated, securely packed. I'm going to order more to offer to our customers as gifts of appreciation!
