To keep your design looking its best, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water. Engraved pieces are especially worry-free (wash-away!), but hand-washing protects printed designs from the harsh heat and detergents of a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, and your drinkware will look great for years.

We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.

Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. We may also reach out to you via e-mail or phone number (if provided) to address any issues that prevent us from continuing the production of your order.

Because each piece is personalized just for you, custom items can't be returned or exchanged for buyer's remorse — they're one of a kind. That said, we stand behind our work completely: if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error on our end, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Every order is made just for you at our shop in Austin, TX — engraved, printed, and packed under one roof. Most orders ship in about 6 business days, and many head out the door in as few as 3. For the most accurate timing, check the message on the product page (right above the color selection) or in your cart — that's the real-time estimate for your item. One thing to know: if you add a proof at checkout, the review-and-approval step can add up to 3 days before your order ships. Once shipped, most of the lower 48 sees delivery in 3–4 days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Whenever we can get your order out faster, we will.
