Crafted with a durable TPU exterior and interior liner, this fully insulated pack utilizes welded seams to lock in the cold for extreme temperature retention. It incorporates the proprietary TRU® Zip zipper to create an airtight, fully waterproof, and submersible seal. The comfortable, fully adjustable shoulder straps make hauling your icy beverages effortless while setting up your tailgate before the big game. To protect the quality of your custom design and keep it tough through every adventure, we recommend hand-wash only.

    Do you review orders for errors or typos?

    We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.

    Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. We may also reach out to you via e-mail or phone number (if provided) to address any issues that prevent us from continuing the production of your order.

    Will my design fade, peel, or scratch over time?

    Yes to lasting. Soft coolers are decorated with a permanent UV print that bonds to the fabric for a vibrant, full-color finish — no peeling, no cracking. It's built to ride along on every trip and hold its color through real use. Fading is natural in long-term exposure with direct sunlight, to both the color of the cooler, and your design. So take appropriate care :)

    How do I care for my customized soft cooler?

    Spot-clean with mild soap and a soft, damp cloth, then air-dry. Skip the washing machine, dryer, and harsh chemicals — they can break down the fabric and insulation. A gentle wipe-down after each adventure keeps both the cooler and your design in top shape.

    Can I return a customized product?

    Because each piece is personalized just for you, custom items can't be returned or exchanged for buyer's remorse — they're one of a kind. That said, we stand behind our work completely: if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error on our end, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

    When will my order ship?

    Every order is made just for you at our shop in Austin, TX — engraved, printed, and packed under one roof. Most orders ship in about 6 business days, and many head out the door in as few as 3. For the most accurate timing, check the message on the product page (right above the color selection) or in your cart — that's the real-time estimate for your item. One thing to know: if you add a proof at checkout, the review-and-approval step can add up to 3 days before your order ships. Once shipped, most of the lower 48 sees delivery in 3–4 days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Whenever we can get your order out faster, we will.
