    The Ultra-Dry Duffle Pack is fully waterproof, tougher than that one math test you still have nightmares about, and packed with features that make this the ultimate travel bag. With an IPX-6 waterproof rating*, the puncture and tear-resistant fabric, EZ zippers, and welded seams are completely watertight and weatherproof. Perfect for your week-long hunting trips, rainy side quests, or catching the red eye, keep your essentials organized in multiple storage pockets constructed with quick-drying mesh, including a padded laptop compartment. Easily pack with the open-book design and secure it with long zippers that create a waterproof seal when fully zipped into the dock. For maximum protection, apply pressure to the bag after zipping it closed and ensure no air escapes. When you’re ready to adventure, comfortably haul your gear with the padded adjustable straps or the removable built-in cross handles. Have your swimming towel, rain jacket or emergency blanket tucked into the stretch bungee section in the front. Designed with airport travel in mind, this bag fits in most overhead bins. *Not intended to be fully submerged.

    Will my design fade, peel, or scratch over time?

    Customized to last. Engraved designs are cut right into the material, so they'll never fade or peel - they're as permanent as the product itself. Printed designs are cured for a durable, vibrant finish that holds up to everyday use. With normal care, your customization is made to go the distance.

    Do you review orders for errors or typos?

    We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.

    Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. We may also reach out to you via e-mail or phone number (if provided) to address any issues that prevent us from continuing the production of your order.

    Will I be able to review my order?

    Yes! When you're designing your product, you'll see a real-time preview of how the shipped product will look.

    Before adding to cart, you'll have a chance to review everything and can choose to receive an emailed proof from our team for $5. The proof adds 1–2 business days (sometimes more if there's a lot of back-and-forth) before production begins, and if we don't hear back within 10 business days we'll go ahead and make it just the way you ordered it.

    If you spot something wrong and didn't request a proof, email or call us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make the changes before production starts.

    When will my order ship?

    Every order is made just for you at our shop in Austin, TX - engraved, printed, and packed under one roof. Most orders ship in about 6 business days, and many head out the door in as few as 3.

    For real-time shipping estimates, check the messaging on the product page (right above the color selection) or in your cart. Multi-product orders with differing estimated ship dates, will be shipped together.

    One thing to know: if you add a proof at checkout, the review-and-approval step can add up to 3 days before your order ships.

    Once shipped, most of the lower 48 sees delivery in 3–4 days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Whenever we can get your order out faster, we will.
