*We use high tack vinyl for certain shapes and areas that are hard for our standard printers to get to. The vinyl application is used for front-facing sides of all hard coolers and is durable, and long-lasting.

Orders below $74.99 qualify for $9.95 Flat rate ground shipping*
Orders containing coolers and gear bags are calculated using negotiated rates from UPS or USPS.
To avoid exuberant shipping costs for our customers, all products included with a cooler or gear bag sale will be excluded from the cost of shipping. This means you ONLY pay the cost of shipping your cooler or gear bag!
Orders received after 3pm Central will begin processing on the next business day.

FAQs
Are customizations dishwasher safe?
Due to each drinkware product using a silicone base, most Swig drinkware is top rack dishwasher safe only with non-abrasive detergents.
To ensure the longevity of your custom product, we highly recommend hand-washing all printed items.
Laser Engraved customizations are permanent and machine washable.
Do you review orders for errors or typos?
We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.
Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. We may also reach out to you via e-mail or phone number (if provided) to address any issues that prevent us from continuing the production of your order.
Will I be able to review my order?
We do not provide proofs as part of the order process, The preview that you see online should be the expected result when you receive your order.
After you order, you will have access to the preview file inside of your order details within your account.
If you see something wrong with your preview, email or call us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make the requested changes to your order.
Will my design fade, peel, or scratch over time?
We choose the decoration method to match each product so your design lasts. Laser engraving is permanent and never fades or peels. Our printing methods are cured for durability and built to stand up to everyday use. To keep any custom design looking its best, we recommend hand-washing
