To keep your design looking its best, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water. Engraved pieces are especially worry-free (wash-away!), but hand-washing protects printed designs from the harsh heat and detergents of a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, and your drinkware will look great for years.

Yes! When you're designing your product, you'll see a real-time preview of how the shipped product will look.

Before adding to cart, you'll have a chance to review everything and can choose to receive an emailed proof from our team for $5. The proof adds 1–2 business days (sometimes more if there's a lot of back-and-forth) before production begins, and if we don't hear back within 10 business days we'll go ahead and make it just the way you ordered it.

If you spot something wrong and didn't request a proof, email or call us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to make the changes before production starts.

Customized to last. Engraved designs are cut right into the material, so they'll never fade or peel — they're as permanent as the product itself. Printed designs are cured for a durable, vibrant finish that holds up to everyday use. With normal care, your customization is made to go the distance.

Because each piece is personalized just for you, custom items can't be returned or exchanged for buyer's remorse — they're one of a kind. That said, we stand behind our work completely: if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error on our end, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Every order is made just for you at our shop in Austin, TX - engraved, printed, and packed under one roof. Most orders ship in about 6 business days, and many head out the door in as few as 3.

For real-time shipping estimates, check the messaging on the product page (right above the color selection) or in your cart. Multi-product orders with differing estimated ship dates, will be shipped together.

One thing to know: if you add a proof at checkout, the review-and-approval step can add up to 3 days before your order ships.

Once shipped, most of the lower 48 sees delivery in 3–4 days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Whenever we can get your order out faster, we will.
