To keep your design looking its best, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and warm water. Engraved pieces are especially worry-free (wash-away!), but hand-washing protects printed designs from the harsh heat and detergents of a dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, and your drinkware will look great for years.

We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.

Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. That said, we stand behind our work completely: if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error on our end, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

One thing to know: if you add a proof at checkout, the review-and-approval step can add up to 3 days before your order ships. Once shipped, most of the lower 48 sees delivery in 3–4 days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way. Whenever we can get your order out faster, we will.
