YETI's Rambler® 20 oz. is made from durable stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation to protect your hot or cold beverage at all costs. Like the entire Rambler Family, the 20 oz. Tumbler and its lid are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. While the magnet on the included MagSlider™ Lid adds an additional barrier of protection for keeping drinks contained and preventing heat or cold from escaping, please note - this magnet component is not leakproof and will not prevent spills.

FAQs

Are customizations dishwasher safe?

YETI durability doesn't stop inside your dishwasher; thanks to rugged 18/8 stainless steel construction, your YETI cup is safe and sound. You can always clean your YETI cup with hot, soapy water, too, just be sure to dry it well.

Here's an extra tip to prolong the life of your YETI cup: before it goes in the dishwasher, remove the rubber lid gasket to prevent any grime build up in the lid. Then throw it in the silverware basket.
Do you review orders for errors or typos?

We do not review designs in detail, as there are many opportunities during the order process to verify the details of your order and artwork before submitting.

Orders are assumed to be correct as placed, though we do reserve the right to make any corrections we do happen to catch based on our best judgment. We may also reach out to you via e-mail or phone number (if provided) to address any issues that prevent us from continuing the production of your order.
Will my design fade, peel, or scratch over time?

Built to last. Engraved designs are cut right into the material, so they'll never fade or peel — they're as permanent as the product itself. Printed designs are cured for a durable, vibrant finish that holds up to everyday use. With normal care, your customization is made to go the distance.
Can I return a customized product?

Because each piece is personalized just for you, custom items can't be returned or exchanged for buyer's remorse — they're one of a kind. That said, we stand behind our work completely: if your order arrives damaged or there's a production error on our end, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
