Are tumblers & bottles dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing all vacuum-sealed products, as well as any color-printed products, as a dishwasher can damage the vacuum seal itself and the printed design, respectively. The actual design on engraved products is dishwasher-safe, and permanent.
How fast can I expect my order? Can it be expedited?
Because each product is custom made in-house, our average time to ship from order placement is between 8-10 business days, but can be as short as 2-3 business days.
In every instance we have the opportunity to get your order out faster, we will.
In most of the lower 48, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-4 days.
