Lots of good things to say about this order. First, I was pleasantly surprised to find high-quality branded swag that could be ordered one item at a time without a huge markup. The product selection includes brands and items I'd genuinely buy for myself, not just generic promotional products. Customer service was also excellent. They responded quickly when I realized I might have uploaded the wrong image and helped put my mind at ease. Finally, I ordered a personalized travel mug as a surprise for my sister, and she's absolutely obsessed with it. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

I ordered a few of the Fellow Carter tumblers in 12oz and 16oz with 3 different logos. The logo I used for this one is rectangular, so I had to shrink it down to fit within the engravable area, and it turned out pretty small. The other tumblers I ordered have a square logo which worked much better. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
I love the way this mug turned out. The software to upload my logo was easy to use and the finished result looks great! I went with the 12oz Fellow Carter tumbler which is the perfect size for carrying around. The lid seals well too, which is great for throwing in a backpack or lunch bag. I also appreciate that there were no minimum quantities when ordering.

Engraving came out great! Just as expected. Customer service was also very helpful when I needed to make a last minute change. I appreciated that they sent a mock-up to approve before final execution.
I was so eminently pleased with the results. Custom Branding was the only service I could find to customize a coffee thermos with the laser engraving I wanted, andso when it arrived, I was happy, happy, happy. Def going to use them again!
I got exactly what I ordered in about two weeks, earlier than expected. The laser cutting was so precise. I know this custom mug will last a long time.
