Great cup!
It’s great when orders go perfectly without a hitch, but the true measure of a company lies in their actions when things go wrong. This tumbler order got messed up. I sent a picture in and Petra got back to me via email within one business day. A replacement was sent out a few days later and was delivered in less than 2 weeks from when I originally placed the order. If you have an issue reach out the customer service is truly responsive and resolved my issue quickly, 5 stars.
Custom Branding has been incredible! Everything comes pretty fast and everything is always perfect, it looks just like the mock-up when you are placing your logo. 10/10 would recommend to any business or person!

The cup itself is perfect. Company on the other hand could be a little shady. Sold me a cup and then says it’s out of stock keeping my payment until it’s in stock. As soon as I told them it was discontinued and to just refund me it all of sudden came back in stock with them and shipped immediately. Seemed fishy.

The color I ordered was out of stock, very disappointed. The color I got is ok. Customer service could not have been better. I never thought about it but if I was going to reorder I would make sure the name was on the correct side for right handed ppl. (I’m the only one that can see my name) and I would inquire first to make sure I could get the color I want for the amount I paid.
